JudyP Apparel Return Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your JudyPapparel.com purchase, you may return the merchandise within 10 calendar days after your order arrives date as long as the merchandise is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, has all original tags attached and is returned in the original packaging. Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the garments to confirm that the conditions of our return policy were met. Upon verification, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment for the value of the merchandise and any sales tax you may have incurred less the amount of the return postage. Please note that we cannot refund shipping/return charges.
How to do an Online Return

• Enter your Order# and Shipping Zip Code
• Select the Quantity of each item you wish to return and the Reason for the return
• Click Submit Request
You will see an authorization page
• Click Print Return Label
Place the merchandise and a copy of the packing slip in the original shipping container if possible. Affix the prepaid shipping label to the package and drop it in the U.S. mail.
• Please only send returns using our pre-paid return labels so that we can track your return. The return postage will be deducted from your refund. We will not refund a lost return that was not sent with our label.
What if I need to exchange something for a different size or color?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer online exchanges. Should you wish to order a different style, size or color, please submit a new order online and return the unwanted item. We will issue the refund to your original form of payment once we receive the returned item.
When will I get my refund?
When we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed and 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. You will receive an email letting you know the refund has been processed.
