How to Initiate an Online Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, please create or access your JudyP Apparel account. This will allow you to manage your orders and initiate the return process seamlessly.

Steps to Create or Access Your Account

Visit the Account Page: Navigate to our Account Page.

Enter Your Email Address: Input the email address associated with your order.

Receive a One-Time Code: You'll receive a one-time code via email.

Access Your Account: Use the code to log in and access your account dashboard.
Locate Your Order
Once logged in:

Navigate to 'Orders': Click on the 'Orders' section in your account dashboard.

Select the Order: Find and select the order you wish to return or exchange.

Initiate Return: Click on the 'Return' option and follow the on-screen instructions.

JudyP Apparel Return Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your JudyPapparel.com purchase, you may return the merchandise within 14 calendar days after your order arrives date as long as the merchandise is unworn, unwashed, unaltered, has all original tags attached and is returned in the original packaging. Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the garments to confirm that the conditions of our return policy were met. Upon verification, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment for the value of the merchandise and any sales tax you may have incurred less the amount of the return postage. Please note that we cannot refund shipping/return charges.
If your return is accepted, you will be able to print a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. However, an exchange can also be requested through your account page.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
